TRANSPORTATION NEEDS. PNLH DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORATION TO CLIENTS. CLIENTS SHOULD
COORDINATE ALL APPOINTMENTS ACCORDINGLY THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF TREATMENT.
LOGISTICARE----All Medicaid recipients are eligible for Logisticare transportation to and from medical
appointments.
Call 4-5 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Logisticare can and will not accept a ride request if your
appointment is within the next 5 days.
