Program should highlight the pre-requisites as explained at the
Contract Kick-Off Meeting
The Pre-requisites like submission of performance bank guarantee
and Insurance policies is included.

Remove the term “MOS”. It is either “Method Statement (MS)” OR
“Statement of Method (S-o-M)” and, the former is recommended.
Corrected as "Method statement".

Appropriate Primavera Original File should also be submitted.
The Master time schedule is prepared in MS project and original file
(soft) along with the document is included in the folder uploaded in
TAQA collaboration portal.

Please follow the guidelines of Transco for Reporting Methodology of
Time and Cost development program / schedule including reporting
procedures.
Noted. We have incorporated the baseline & actual planning of the
Mastet Time schedule.

Brief description of the Scope of work, Legend for abbreviations,
details of project calendar for review, Engineering, procurement, and
construction etc., shall be included in the Master Time schedule.
Legends for abbreviation is included in the bottom of the each sheet.
The schedule includes the different stages like engineering and
construction as applicable under the subject contract.

check and correct all WBSs. Please check and correct in Lot 2, Lot3 &
Lot 4.

Master project schedule shall be corrected as Project Baseline
Programme/Schedule and WBS structure shall be limited to level 3.
The detailed Level – 4 shall be submitted to project supervision team,
prior to execution.
Master project schedule is corrected as Project Baseline Schedule.
WBS is limited to level 3 which spans the entire project and includes
major milestones in document submissions, construction and
importat stages applicable in the project.

WBS ID: 1.5.1.4.7 – Transportation of material to Transco stores, all
dismantled conductors and accessories shall be shifted on daily basis
and link shall be updated accordingly. This applicable for all lots.
he WBS for transportation of materials is linked to the completion of
destringing works & other OHL materials and may not happen daily in
practical situation and the dates indicated in the schedule are
planned dates only. Actual dates will be monitored and entered as
actual start and actual finish during the progress of work.

WBS shall be prepared inline to contract BOQ and operative
systems/sub-systems.
Contract BOQ is only a Lot item. No breakdown of activities or items
is provided in the BOQ from client/consultant and covers only
dismantling of OHL and material handover as just lot items.

the observation is correct. The acual start and actual finish date may
change according to the delays beyond Inabensa control (for
example , receiving traffic detour permits, delay in providing
shutdowns, delays in receiving NOCs etc)

WBS ID: 1.5.2 - LOT 3: - DISMANTLING MHWG-WATH- 220kV OHL The scope related to Lot 3 and its related activities are included in
Ckt. 1 & 2 and MAHAWE 220kV S/S – Telecom modification works for the Baseline schedule.
MHWG and WATH missed out. Please revise and include
