Year 10 Research Poster on Global warming
You will be required to complete research to answer each of the 5 sections. Your answers
will be submitted in poster form.
Part 1: What is The Greenhouse Effect?
Write down the definition of Greenhouse effect. You can use a diagram to support your answer.

Part 2: Making Predictions about the Effects of Global Warming
Hypothesize about how the world's climate could change over the next 100 years if humans do
nothing to limit the levels of their greenhouse gas emissions. (50-100 words)
Make predictions about the effects such climate changes could have on humans.
Part 3: Identifying regions of potential change and investigating the impact.
Find one region on earth that is being affected or will potentially be impacted in the coming years
and do a write up on it. Identify what changes are happening, the causes and eventual effects.
