LEARNING PROCESS NAME OF ARTIFACT: INDIVIDUAL LEARNING MONITORING PLANS PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 3.1. Learners’ Gender, Needs, Strengths, Interest and Experiences The learner has difficulty in answering the provided module due to numerous learning task. Weekly Home Learning Plan or WHLP, Audio and Video Lesson were provided for ease of answering it, yet the learner seems not making significant progress in a timely manner. ANNOTATION NAME OF ARTIFACT: INDIVIDUAL LEARNING MONITORING PLANS PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 3.1. Learners’ Gender, Needs, Strengths, Interest and Experiences For the learner to make a significant progress, aside from giving audio and video lesson for the RBI Instruction, modified and localized Learning Activity Sheets or LAS were also provided. Since then, the learner becomes more enthusiastic in answering it because it’s more relatable than before. ANNOTATION NAME OF ARTIFACT: WEEKLY HOME LEARNING PLAN or W.H.L.P. PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 3.4. Learners in Difficult Circumstances For the SPED learner to better understand the lesson for the week, all instructions and parent’s guide in Weekly Home Learning Plan or WHLP are concise yet specific as well as materials for each activities were indicated. ANNOTATION NAME OF ARTIFACT: I.D.E.A LESSON EXEMPLAR PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 4.2 Learning Outcomes Competencies Aligned This Lesson Exemplar was used during my COT 1 in Grade 3 MAPEH (Arts). All learning tasks were aligned to MELC and was doable. Integration of some learning competencies form other subject is visible. I.C.T. was also utilized that made the teaching-learning process active. with Learning ANNOTATION NAME OF ARTIFACT: TEACHER-MADE / MODIFIED LEARNING RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 4.5 Teaching and Learning Resources Including I.C.T. Together with my colleagues, we developed an Interactive Module in Science Grade 4 using the Kotobee Author. This interactive module was submitted to DepEd Tech Unit that garnered us a Certificate of Recognition. ANNOTATION NAME OF ARTIFACT: TEACHER-MADE / MODIFIED LEARNING RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 5.1 Design, Selection, Organization and Utilization of Assessment Strategies I developed a Self-Learning Module or SLM and Learning Activity Sheets or LAS for SPED Non-Graded Learners that would help them develop their socio-emotional behavior and in one of the fundamental subjects which is Science with an integration of fine motor skills. All parts of the module and LAS was validated by the SDO-Rizal evaluator from the said competency and subject. ANNOTATION NAME OF ARTIFACT: CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 7.5 Professional Development Goals For my Professional Development, I attended several webinars, trainings and workshops that enhanced my role in school as a SPED Teacher and School DRRM Coordinator. I utilized the knowledge I gained from it in crafting Contingency Plan for COVID-19; SLMs and LAS intended for SPED learners. ANNOTATION NAME OF ARTIFACT: REFLECTIVE SUMMARY PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 7.4 Professional Reflection and Learning to Improve Practice Do you feel that this collection of work really reflects your abilities and what you have achieved this year through the LDM course? Why or why not? My LDM Practicum Portfolio reflects my ability and achievements as a teacher this New Normal setting. Gone are the days that a teacher can only be seen inside a classroom. As a teacher, we need to be flexible and embrace the new scenarios and challenges this time of Pandemic for us to continuously be a vessel of change and hope for the new generations. We should not be stuck in traditional ways of teaching and this LDM Course garnered us the key of having that confidence of continuing the educational process and not be compromised through distance learning. For me to keep abreast with the latest topics on catering distance learning, I have been attending webinars in DepEd Tech Unit, Office of the Civil Defense and Kakaiba-yanihan FB Pages that supported my role in school. This portfolio also served as a proof of my hard work and exhibited my current potential as a teacher. Giving direct or specific feedback on the performance of the learner is very important this New Normal so the parents would know the things they need to work on while their child is studying at home. ANNOTATION NAME OF ARTIFACT: MOVS ON PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT WITH COLLEAGUES PROFESSIONAL STRAND: 7.3 Professional Links with Colleagues For my Professional Engagement with Colleagues, I attended various Virtual LAC Sessions that focused on the most essential areas like preparation of W.H.L.P., creating video lessons via Microsoft 365 and using of Google Docs and Sheets. I also attended Online Staff Meeting for important updates and technical assistance.
