According to source B ,firstly, within the rural region the top 20% and bottom 20% of the average annual income of families in China shows a difference of income about 21.79 times. So there is a definite wealth disparity within the rural region. Secondly, within the urban region the top 20% and bottom 20% of the average annual income of families in China shows a difference of income about 11.59 times. So there is a definite wealth disparity within the urban region. Thirdly, comparing the income of the bottom 20% of families in urban and rural shows that the urban families still earn 3.13 times more than the rural families. Lastly, comparing the income of the top 20% of families in urban and rural shows that the urban families still earn 1.66 times more than the rural families. This shows that the problem of wealth disparity is not only within but across the region. As we can see in the picture in source A highlights that although both of the people shown in the picture are from the same region yet the man in the restaurant is a lot more well dressed and is eating 3 to 4 plates of food while life is very good for him in China. While the other man and his son haven't eaten for 3 days and are poorly dressed and look unhygienic. This shows that there is a serious problem of wealth disparity within and across regions.
