This made the vehicle permanently stuck in the park position. Houston Emergency Auto Rescue & Trucking came with a flatbed to tow the vehicle. According to the service manager Austin Alsguth, the vehicle arrived to Sewell’s dealership with three damaged wheels. Mr. Alsguth witnessed the vehicle being offloaded. He also noted the tow truck driver winched the vehicle to the flat bed so tightly that it altered the suspension and alignment of the vehicle. Based on present information and belief, occurred during the loading process or the use of tow straps through the rims to secure the vehicle to the flat bed. PLEASE OUTLINE ANY PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE THAT IS IN THE SAME AREA BEING CLIAMED DURING THIS COMPLAINT There was no pre-existing damage. Absolutely none. The vehicle had less than 2500 miles when this incident occurred. The rims were never curbed, bumped into or scratched. The vehicle is hand washed.
