Dear Sir/Madam,
We, the "Transparent Disabled" movement (the
overcoming-disabled movement with a disability
percentage of 75% -100% that are not assisted by a
wheelchair) want to draw your attention to the
impossible reality that accompanies our lives. We
receive a disability pension of NIS 3,217 per month
from the National Insurance Institute - as well as NIS
770 per month, which we receive from the Ministry of
Construction and Housing as assistance for the purpose
of paying rent.
The above amount is not sufficient for a dignified
minimum subsistence: we are not entitled to discounts
on water or electricity bills - nor are we given any
discount in payment for medicines we need. In addition,
only some of us are entitled to a partial discount on
property tax payments or some discount on the payment
for public transportation - compared to the elderly
public who are entitled to many of these discounts.
Also, and despite being people with disabilities And
serious illnesses, we are not entitled to a mobility
allowance, an accompanying pension or an allowance
for special services. We are forced to allocate the vast
majority of the allowance from which we are supposed
to exist to pay rent — and as a result many of us do not
have the ability to purchase basic medicines or
groceries — and are quite often forced to make an
impossible choice, and also particularly cruel between
the two. The day-to-day dilemma between purchasing
basic groceries and purchasing medicines is not only
impossible — but also inhuman toward us as human
beings.
We therefore believe that the updating of the amount of
assistance for the purpose of paying rent should be
urgently considered, as well as the redress of other
injustices and discrimination against us as explained
here.

- just like that and for no reason. I will mention that I

and I have no part in the blockages or decisions of
Facebook Israel in relation to users in Israel. I also have
no technical knowledge or ability to give technical
support to users. I am a member of an international
council set up to appeal decisions to remove or leave
posts (especially in the context of infringement of
freedom of expression and violation of community
rules) *, from all Facebook users worldwide, and its
role is to identify cases of principle and make decisions
that affect Facebook policy worldwide. Facebook has
pledged to make these decisions as binding. This
council will also have the capacity to make policy
recommendations, based on the overall picture of the
appeals that will reach it. In any case, the International
Council was only established and 20 members
(including technologists, lawyers, journalists and
former editors and human rights activists) these days

representation. This is one international council. It will
only handle 80-100 cases a year, which you will find to
be principled and a decision on them can affect
Facebook policies regarding millions of users. When
you appeal to Facebook for a block, and it rejects, you
will receive an ID number with which you can appeal to
the council. Read on the council website I sent you.

file an appeal against the block, because Facebook does
not have customer service - and all the messages I sent
to the email addresses of the company's employees
"were" completely ignored. And since the appeal I filed
on the block was not answered, I do not have a letter of
refusal from Facebook, and certainly not an ID number
- there is no answer on their behalf at all. so what are
we doing? I repeatedly send to Facebook all the detailed
emails I sent to you, and they just keep ignoring.
I'm looking for a solution.
