TERMS AND CONDITION
This House Rental Agreement made on March 15, 2021 between Angie Oxales (Owner) and Loren
Jean Magbanua (Tenant) .
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Landlord/Owner agrees to rent the house to the Tenant under these terms in its present condition
located at AlmanzaVille Almanza Uno Las Pinas City. The Tenant acknowledges the terms of this
Agreement and Comply.
II. AGREEMENT TERM

This House Rental Agreement will begin on March 15,2021 and end March 15,2022. After this, a
renewal agreement will be created for the new term.
III. MONTHLY RENTAL



The monthly rental shall be Php 5000,00 per month.
The monthly rental shall be collected or deposited thru bank.
Failure to pay the monthly rent within 2 months the tenants should leave the place immediately
otherwise, the owner has the right to close the said premises.
IV. SECURITY DEPOSIT




The Tenant agree to pay a security deposit of Php 5000.00.
The Security Deposit is to be refunded upon leaving the residency and terminating this contract.
The Security Deposit will cover for any damage to the premise.
One month notice shall be applied before leaving the premises.
V. UTILITIES

Tenants will be responsible for paying all utilities like electricity, water, etc.
VI. MAINTENANCE AND DAMAGES



Tenants shall keep the premises in good condition.
The Tenant will be responsible for any damage caused which means the Tenant will shoulder all the
expenses in fixing it.
Written or Verbal permission from the owner is needed for any alterations.
VII. AMENDMENTS

This agreement can only changed or modified through the written consent of both parties.
We, the Undersigned, hereby agreed that we have read this agreement and bounded by its terms and condition.
