APPLICATION FOR LIVE- IN DURING VACATION (LIDV)
i. Final Year Final Sem./ Graduated / Non Active Status Students:
a) Application for Short Term Rental at the Residential and Services Department
(RSD) within the period of LIDV application
b) To submit a proof of payment to the mahallah office upon check-in for LIDV
ii. Students involving in University Programme:
a) Application LIDV is to be submitted to the Residential and Services Department
(RSD) within the period of LIDV application or email to izwani@iium.edu.my.
iii. Students (UG & PG) with active status and currently on campus are considered as
LIDV chargeable unless room is vacated and room key is returned.
ROOM CHECK-OUT & RETURNING ROOM KEY
I.
Students must check-out and return the room key latest by the last date to check out
for students who have no intention to be charged on LIDV.
II.
Rooms must be left clean and tidy. Failure to do so is subject to the compoundable
offences.

Auto check-in for active students with registered subjects who are currently staying in
Mahallah
II.
Returning students must perform mahallah registration. Failure to do so within the
stipulated dates is subject to the compoundable offences.
