IDENTIFICATION OF HAZARDS Not classified as a dangerous and hazardous product The potential health hazards are related to dust generated from these materials during use This product may causes irritation to skin, eyes and repiratory tract. Local ventilation should be utilized to keep employee exposure dust below 3 mg/m3. Personal protective equipment is not required during normal laboratory use. May be harmful if swallowed. 4. FIRST AID MEASURES Inhallation Remove person to fresh air Skin Contact Flush and wash with water soap Eye Contact Wash eye immediately with clean water for at least 15 minutes, and seek medical advice if irritation persists. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES This product is not classified as flammable. Toxic gases (sulphur oxides) may evolve in a fire situation. And packaging may burn. However water used during a fire may come product to solidity. All fire extinguishers are suitable media, observing normal fire fighting procedures. 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Safety precaution : consult the safety measures and use prefer personal protective equipment control and suppress dust formation, vacuum or sweep up shovel into bags. Environmental safety precautions : Keep out of drains, ditches and waterways as it would plug them Cleaning methods : Clean prererably first with a mechanical tool, then a detergent could be used, do not use solvents. Ensure containers are tightly sealed, adequately labelled and protected from physical damage. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROL-PERSONAL PROTECTION Facilities storing or utilizing this preparation should be equipped with an eyewash facility and safety shower. Use adequate ventilation to keep airborne concentration low. Personal protection Ventilation system : A system of local and or general exhaust is recommended to keep employee exposures below the Airborne Exposure Limits. Respiratory protection : a safety full-face respirator is recommended to follow the standard respirator regulations, if the exposure limits are exceeded. Should not be required for a normal laboratory use. Eye protection : Safety glasses or goggles are recommended when using product. Wearing contact lenses is not recommended during dust-producing activities.
