Call time is 15 minutes before service Graphics Operator Works in Propresenter for mac to control: ● Lyrics ● Message Slides ● Videos Call time is 15 minutes before service **Propresenter is a presentation software similar to powerpoint and keynote. Lighting Operator Lighting operators will be using a lighting board to control pre-programmed lighting during service. Responsible for: ● Switching between cues ● Making minor adjustments to individual lights or cues as needed Call time is 15 minutes before service Camera Operator Camera operators are responsible for following the instructions of the video director to create new and unique shots throughout the service. There are two camera positions open per service. Responsible for managing their cameras: ● Zoom ● Focus ● Brightness Producer Producers require knowledge and experience in all A/V positions. Responsible for: ● Manage and direct the team during a given service. ● Must be able to think ‘on the fly’, ready to solve any last-minute problems that may arise. ● Walk around to each position to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that all members are focused on their tasks. ● Record video and audio of each service. ● Managing the church live stream. ● Call time is typically 45-60 minutes before the start of each service.
