5) To able to track and capture the performance and utilization of equipment, human resources
and spare parts.
6) To reduce the manual activities and increase the systematic flow of daily operations carried out
through ICMS
7) To track and manage Driver or Operator availability.
8) To be able to capture the utilization of equipment and measure the effectiveness by
performance reporting.
9) To have customized dashboard and reporting features for management to analysis and plan
future projections.
10) To have a full-fledged equipment management system to achieve cost optimization and cycle
time reduction of processes associated.
