Ingredients:








2 tsp goji berries
2 tsp chia seeds
65 ml (1/4 cup) water
250 ml (1 cup) almond milk (or dairy alternative)
30 gr (1/4 cup) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1 medium banana
150 g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries
2-3 ice cubes
Method:
1. Soak goji berries and chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
2. Combine soaked berries and chia with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
