QUOTE FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES
Our monthly charge will be $550per month + 5% taxes (1 day a week)
Task Description (1 Day a Week)
Entrance & Lobby





Sweep and mop floor with a neutral floor cleaner /conditioner (all entrance and lobby areas).
Wipe and sanitize entrance door handles and door frames with microfiber cloths
Entrance window spot cleaning
Vacuum entrance carpet areas
All waste receptacles will be emptied
 Particular attention will be given to ensure that there are no dusts.
Kitchen Floor & Countertops





Sweep entire kitchen area.
Initial mopping with neutral cleaning.
Counter top will be wiped dry.
Spot cleanings (detailed attention will be given to avoid any fungal or bacterial build up)
Remove garbage’s.
Other Services All base board will be dusted and damped mopped- Weekly.




All work stations will be dust removed and wiped.
Spot clean all walls and remove marks from wall by wiping and sanitizing.
Dust any picture frames or props placed in the entrance, all horizontal surfaces of desks and
furniture’s. Telephone will be wiped with an antibacterial solution.
Blinds will be dusted and finger marks will be removed.
Rest Room







Sweep and mop floor with a neutral pH floor cleaner /conditioner disinfectant
Clean and polish ceramic toilets /urinals with non-acidic cream cleanser.
Clean and sanitize toilet surface area with disinfectant.
Polish and clean all faucets /dispensers /door handles.
Paper products and liquid soap will be replenished as necessary. These supplies provided by the
customer.
Power wash
Strip wax polishing
Note: All of our work will be routinely inspected for quality assurance.
