Atmospheric Distillation The outlet stream from the pre-heat train is fed a refluxed absorber with partial condenser to separate Off Gases, Naphtha and Bottom Residue. A steam stream (vapor fraction =1.0, pressure =1380 kPa) is fed to the tower bottom to provide heat. A water draw stream is required to remove the condensed steam from the overhead condenser.
