1. Tell us something about yourself? Answer: Good afternoon Sir. Having being born and brought up in a banking family due to my father retiring from SBI, I had an early introduction to the world of banking & finance. With my keen interest in academics, technology and having a strong urge to make a difference to the lives of others I have forged a career in Banking. With a keen interest in problem solving I started my career with Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Systems Executive primarily indulging in Production Support Projects where I solved real time problems of clients. I want to eventually move up the ladder in the service industry and materialize the opportunity to serve every section of the society through my skill set. In my free time I love to play and watch various sports especially cricket since I have been a professional cricketer for many years and apart from that listening to good music and watching movies adds flavor to my life. 2. Where do you see yourself 5/10 years from now? Ans: Sir 5 years down the line I see myself contesting for the Executive post in my organization or move to another PSB to enhance my skillsets. 3. Why do you want to do MBA? Ans: In my current role as a Manager I’ve got the opportunity to work in an administrative role as well at an exceptionally large branch and found the work of executives quite intriguing. I want to learn more about problem solving, strategy and leadership qualities in the MBA program and make a fulfilling career in banking in the near future. 4. Why should we select you? Ans: Apart from studies I have a keen interest towards extra curricular activities. Just like I represented my College at University level I would like to represent my institution at various sports and bring accolades. Since I consider myself to be a good speaker I would also like to represent my institution at Debates and Extempore where I could excel and bring accolades to my institution. My experience of 9 years in two completely different work environment provides me with an edge to understand and analyze several situations without any hesitation. 5. Prepare 1 academic subject. Ans: I have good communication skills and convincing power which makes it easier for me to serve the products of my banks to customers. I consider myself as a good team player as I am currently in a managerial role which challenges me everyday to work alongside different kinds of people and to motivate them to bring out the best results for my organization. My weakness is I trust people a little too easily because of which I have been taken advantage of but now I have started analyzing each and every situation very keenly before any kind of judgement. 7.
