ONLINE GROUP REPORT
1. Students are required to form a group.
2. Please find any CURRENT ISSUES related to Human Resource Management in
Malaysia or/and outside Malaysia. Students are required to:
- Identify problems from the current issues (ex: unemployment among fresh grads)
- Discuss the problems (Ex: Factors lead to the problem, Effect/Impact from the
problem, Data/Statistic about unemployment among fresh grads in Malaysia etc)
- Explain the existing solution to the problem (Ex: Solution from the government,
university)
- Students must recommend by their own on how to solve the problem.
- Analyze the recommendations (Explain advantages & disadvantages of each
recommendation).
- Finally, choose the best recommendation based on the recommendation/s that have
many advantages.
3. The topic being discuss should be different from one group to another.

4. The topic will be 1 come 1 served after the lecturer approve the topic.
5. Students are required to submit the current issues through Written Report.
6. Number of pages-7-10 pages including Table of content, Acknowledgement and
References.

7. Lecturer will check the similarity index (Turnitin), students must make sure to restructure
the sentences. COPY AND PASTE from internet is not allowed. Otherwise, they will get
0 marks if they COPY AND PASTE from internet, classmates or seniors from past
semester.

2. Every group member is expected to show your appearance in the video presentation.
3. Make sure you are presenting, not reading from the report.
