Objective: Students will create a checklist for a summer vacation and describe their trip.
Materials:
Paper
Pencil
Laptops and Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
Travel/Hotel vocabulary list
Grade: Students will be graded using the rubric provided.
Procedure: You are to create a checklist for your upcoming trip.
1. Draw a table using Microsoft Word or Excel.
x Your table must consist of at least the following items:
a. Important documents (Documentos importantes)
b. Clothing (Ropa)
c. Carry-on Bag (Equipaje de Mano)
d. Utilities (Cosas utiles)
e. Other Things (Otras Cosas)
3. Using the vocabulary, list items according to the categories.
4. Don’t just list 20 items in one section. Have at least 4-5 items for each category.
Writing Portion
You also have to describe your trip overseas or to another country. The writing has
to be in Past Tense. Here are some guiding questions:
