Backoffice Order Fulfillment Cockpit
Backoffice Order Fulfillment Cockpit allows you to manage customer and store orders.
Overview
In the Backoffice Order Fulfillment Cockpit, you can do the following:
View and manage customer orders, such as print pick slips, pack slips, and shipping labels.
View and manage to be picked up store orders.
Review and edit package information.
Search for and manage points of service and warehouses.
View and manage inventory.
Accept returns waiting for goods for an online return.
Decline a partial or whole consignment and reallocate it.
User Roles
Order Management supports Backoffice Administration Cockpit user roles. Depending on the user role selected upon login,
the available functionality of the Backoffice Order Fulfillment Cockpit may change.
By default, there are the following user roles for the Backoffice Order Fulfillment Cockpit:

Logging in to the Backoffice Order Fulfillment Cockpit
To log in to the Backoffice Order Fulfillment Cockpit:
1. Open an Internet browser.
2. Enter the URL of the Backoffice Administration Cockpit in the web browser's address bar.
Contact your Order Management system administrator if you do not know the URL.
The default URL is http://localhost:9001/backoffice.
3. Enter your Username and Password in the corresponding fields.
Note Your password must have a minimum length of 10 characters, and also contain three of the following character
types:
Uppercase letters
Lowercase letters
Numeric character
Special characters (*, &, !, %, #, and so on)
4. Select the Language.
5. Click the LOGIN button.
6. In the top of the page, click on the icon to open the Backoffice Order Fulfillment Cockpit.
Logging Out of the Backoffice Order Fulfillment Perspective
To log out, click the Logout button in the top right of the Backoffice Administration Cockpit.
