Materials are readily available during working at site on every day, if materials are not available at
site labour engaged on NMR basis, depending upon the availability fronts.
Running Bill payment will be paid on every 15th days of the month.
If there was any extra work done by us, the charges will be paid on present prevailing rates.
Labour Huts with water & electricity will be supplied by company.
Hospitalization of workers will be provided by company, if any mishappening on duty hours.
Security Deposit will be released after communication testing.
Safety equipments will be provided by company to worker and our representative and the
contractor will be responsible for the safety of workers.
Clearance of working area & scaffolding of such type of work will be provided by company.
Sanitary wear, - All are have in ground floor of Building.(all tanks are have in terrace or fitting
location).
All Pipe line RCC holes should be done by company.
Retention money 5% will be deducted from the bill.
