Dear Residents,
We have been receiving several complaints from this building (4578). We have
spoke to most of you individually. The children playing outside without adult
supervision is prohibited, children destroying the apartments property is
prohibited. The constant traffic, standing around with guns, the use of illegal
drugs, and hanging out are all lease violations. This is everyone’s FINAL warning. If
these violations are not corrected the next notice you will receive will be a 3 day
notice to vacate the property.
