Sealed whole kernel diastatic and pre-ground malts are best when used within 6 months from date of manufacture. Whole kernel roasted malts may begin experiencing a slight flavor loss after 12 months. If you find your malt is not as fresh as guaranteed upon opening, kindly contact us as soon as possible for a replacement. MALTING SCHEDULES Our Malthouse makes Malt in weekly batches starting Monday of every week. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All Base Malts are tested using a homebrew setup with an average 65-70% efficiency rate. Final mashing efficiency is dependent on Brewer’s Equipment.
