Build up a paragraph describing any meeting you were. Apply all adjective
types.
I like to travel and meet new people. As a result, the number of my acquaintance is on the
rise. Recently I met Mr Joseph Robertson in Panama. Mr Joseph Robertson, the tall guy, is
a shopkeeper by profession. He owns a small shop in the centre of the city in Panama. He is
middle-aged and proudly owns a gymnast-like body. His eyes are dark blue and he has been
living in Singapore since his birth. His family shifted there about one century ago. He is great
in nature and loves to gossip. I discovered that he owns the capacity to make people
comfortable with him. I was amazed by this capacity. Besides, when he talks, he is never
rude even if he gets angry. I have never seen such a cool-headed man in my life before. When
his customers try to bargain with the prices, he gently tells them about the product qualities
and tells them that the prices are not negotiable. I met him suddenly when I needed a change
of money to pay for the taxi fare. The taxi driver had no "change" with him and it was a
troublesome situation for me. I asked for the change to some shopkeepers but nobody came
into my support except Mr Robert. He cordially changed the money and helped me pay the
taxi fare. It was the introduction between us. Later, I went to his shop several times and had
chats with him for hours. He mostly sold some items made of stone and metal. His shop was
filled with lots of such items and all of those were attractive.

Established comparisons applying the comparative the topics are public and
private universities education in Panama.
Private universities are not governed by the cut-off mark. Consequently, access to these
centers is less complicated. The cost of tuition is much higher than in the public system. It is
therefore necessary to have a good purchasing power. Private university professors have less
job stability than public tenured professors. If their performance drops, they can be dismissed
more easily. The private system promotes personalized student monitoring. This philosophy
can increase your performance, but also decrease your personal autonomy. Private centers
have more financial resources than public ones to renew material. Private universities usually
offer more internships. The close relationship with other companies facilitates the
development of agreements. Job placement is the main objective. The public system is
funded by the State. Students must pay tuition fees each year, but these are much lower than
in the private system. In this way, public institutions try to guarantee equal opportunities
among students. Public centers offer tuition reductions for groups with special protection:

students with disabilities, large families, single-parent families, victims of terrorist attacks,
etc. Public universities devote more resources to research. The system of public institutions
tends to favor student self-sufficiency. Teachers do not exercise such strict control, so the
student regulates his or her own work.
6. Build up superlatives using these topics boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, or wife.
My wife is younger than your sister.
My boyfriend is hotter than yours.
His girlfriend was older than my daughter.
Her husband was most handsome than my boyfriend.
7.
Answer this question.
How do you know when an adjective is collective?
Collective adjectives are a subgroup of nominal adjectives, or adjectives that act
as nouns. They are used to refer to a group of people based on a characteristic
that they share. For example: “The rich should help the poor.”
