For all the machines alternate Employee has been identified. In case of emergency
alternate employee is deployed.

Additional Quantity of one number tool is always maintained in all the types.
Process :
For each operation one machine is available. In case of problem alternate source is
identified outside.
Power :
At present, we are fully dependent on KPTCL power supply. There is no much
power interruption now a days. However we have install one
generator set.
Maintenance :
Monthly maintenance is carried out to upkeep of machines. In emergency
breakdown like Electrical & Mechanical external agency is identified.

Logistics :
We have one vehicle of our own for regular supply of item all
. In case of urgency alternate vehicle is identified. Sometimes our
personnel vehicle will be used.
Material :
We have more than one source for all the materials. If material is not available with
our regular dealer some other source will be found out. Next alternate is to approach
our customer to arrange the material through some other source (Supplier).
