Rubber accelerator M (MBT)
Chemical Name: 2-thiol benzothiazole
Traits
Light yellow powder, slightly odor, bitter and non-toxic. The specific gravity is
1.42-1.52, and the melting point is above 170°C. It is easily soluble in ethyl acetate,
acetone, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate dilute solution, soluble in ethanol, but
not soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline, stable storage.

Chemical Name：2.2'-Dibenzothiazole disulfide

Use
Commonly used in natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It can produce flat and
medium-speed vulcanization, and the vulcanization temperature is higher. If it is not
shared with furnace carbon black, scorching will not occur. Safe operation, easy to
disperse without pollution. Vulcanized rubber is resistant to aging and can be used for
white or colored rubber products. Because of its bitter taste, it is not suitable for
food rubber products. It can be used to make tires, hoses, rubber shoes, rubber cloth
and other general industrial products. DM can act as a plasticizer or retarder in neoprene.
Accelerator NS（TBBS）
Chemical Name：N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide
Use：It is widely used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and its products. The tire
industry is particularly suitable for radial tires.
Product performance
1、In natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, it has good staging
performance, excellent rubber compound performance, good vulcanization flatness, and
long Mooney scorch time.
2、Vulcanized rubber has high physical and mechanical properties and is an ideal
all-in-one vulcanization accelerator. When used in different rubber varieties, its
hardness, elongation, tensile stress and permanent deformation are better than other
products.

Chemical Name：Tetraethylthiuram disulfide
Molecular weight：296.54
Traits：White crystalline powder, odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. Specific gravity
1.17-1.30, soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, carbon disulfide and chloroform,
slightly soluble in ethanol and gasoline, insoluble in water, dilute acid and dilute
alkali, stable storage.
Accelerator NOBS（MOR MBS MDZ）
Chemical name: N-Oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide
Technical index :GB8829-88
Properties:Light yellow small granules or powder. Easily soluble in dichloromethane and
acetone; soluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate and ethanol; slightly
soluble in gasoline; insoluble in water. It will decompose gradually if heated.
