Cover Page Articles: 1. Service-Oriented Domain and Business Process Modelling 2. Microservice Based Tool Support for Business Process Modelling 3. Process Modelling in Construction: a Formal Approach The articles referred above are all related to process modeling and all of them have detailed different aspects of the process modelling. Different team members of the team selected one article from the articles above and in a meeting; we discussed each of the articles and presented a summary of one of the article. The discussed review is aimed at offering a summarized detailing of each of the articles and attempt to present a summary for all of the articles in review. One of the articles mentioned above is dedicated towards detailing “a novel lightweight method for integrated domain and business process modelling”. The method in discussion have followed the serviceoriented paradigm and has even accepted assistance from the UML profile in form of a notation. The data collected for the development of the model in discussion was done through secondary data that are available in the form of literature review. The presented model is effective and efficient in attaining its purpose, as it seems from the article in review. However, the workflow of the model in discussion can be further enhanced and there is also need for tools that can verify the constraints on various parts of the model automatically. The review of the articles from all the team members were good because of the detailing of each and every aspects of the model and effort invested in developing the model. The second article is dedicated towards the use of the micro services as part of the process modelling. The authors of the paper have attempted to explore the same and the efforts have presented a tool for that is based on micro service and is used for supporting the business process modelling. The authors have justified the use of the micro services by stating, “Main advantages are the scalability in collaborative distributed scenarios and enhanced possibilities regarding service development and operation.” The article in discussion is one of the most proficient article because it have assessed one of the most needed discussion. The authors have detailed and discussed the technology that is capable of offering great services and operations capability to the business process modelling. Furthermore, the use of the tool discussed in the article will also avail the users with the benefits of the scalability, collaborative, cost-efficiency and others. Hence, as a summary it would be justified to state that the contents presented by the authors is of great prominence because it not just amplifies the capability of business process modeling but also adds value to the future opportunities that can be explored using the disruptive technologies in the field of business process modeling. All the team members were quite satisfied with the findings and presentation of the deemed article, post face to face meeting. The only disadvantage that have been identified in the paper post discussion is the structuring of the paper that most of the team members believed could have been a little better. Overall, it is one of the best and knowledgeable paper on the business process modeling and can act as a source for further studies and gaining knowledge as well. Process modeling is the graphical or mathematical depiction of the processes so that necessary amendments can be made to the process with the objective of mitigating the errors and enhancing the processes. Hence, the need for process modeling becomes prior in the projects that are of large scales. One of the industries that undertakes large project is the construction industry. Hence, the authors of the third article have cited there focus on the role of process modeling in the construction industry. The authors of the paper have stated “To guarantee the success of a construction project, a detailed process model specification is essential. The peculiarities of the domain, like the high number of details, the participation of multiple parties with different strategic goals, and the need of flexibility, make generic process modelling languages unsuitable.” The authors of the paper have emphasized on the PRECISE methodology of process modeling for the construction industry. The authors believed that there is a lack of proper schema for the PRECISE methodology and hence, they have focused on presenting a proper schema for the same. The paper in discussion has emphasized on one of the shortcoming of the literature regarding the topic in discussion that adds value to the literature and the overall knowledge that can be gained by the readers in context with the process modeling. Hence, it would be justified to state that the article in discussion have presented one of the most viable topics that can be advantageous in multiple ways for the users and readers of the process modeling. The article in other sectors of an article review such as presentation, structuring, grammar and others is also very well and no shortcoming or weakness of the article have been identified. Hence, as a summary of all the articles discussed above it would be justified to state that the process modeling is one of the most prominent aspects that adds value to the business and other places where it is being used. The articles selected for the review are also viable and have discussed something that are crucial for adding knowledge in the field of process modeling and their applications. The reviewing of all the articles have also added value to the knowledge of the reviewers that will be leveraged in the future and hence, it can be justified as a fruitful assessment. The applications of the process modeling and the new models that have been discussed can also be used for carrying out future studies because the selected articles can act as a suitable base for future studies. Hence, as a summary, it can be stated that the articles in review were good articles that have offered different and versatile knowledge in the field of the process modeling and should be used for carrying out further studies.
