What have you learned from exploring these links? What questions do you still have? What I knew about creating a welcoming environment before doing my reading is that a warm and welcoming environment helps to build meaningful relationships between families and caregivers that benefit teachers, parents, and, especially, children. I believe when parents feel comfortable, recognized, and valued that is when a Creating a Welcoming Environment Week 15 positive bond forms between caregivers and families, and children feel safe and cared for. What I have learned is the learning environment is one of the main factors that contribute to the learning of the students. A learning environment is anything that surrounds the students and affects the learning outcome of the students. The learning environment includes the teacher teaching them, their peers, and the location of the class taken whether outside or inside the classroom. The learning environment can be positive or negative depending on the environment you create. A p positive learning environment should be prioritized and made to have an effective teaching and learning process. A positive learning environment is an environment that has a positive influence on children and young people. I do not have any questions other than to keep learning about what it is to be a teacher and everything that comes with it from an early age.
