Being a core service provider to Transnet SOC in a number of professional services, we have
been granted with the opportunity to assist the organization to redefine and grow its revenue
and to analyze the processes that the key departments were utilizing and to establish if they
are maximizing they ability. We performed process analysis and design to re-engineerer the
processes that The project Management Team at Transnet had in place and to redefine the
change management concept that was in place. Our design integrated new process strategy
with the existing methodology, We prepared a design package including process mapping using
the DMAIC approach aligning it with the PMBOK methodology that they were using. This
brought a positive change to them reaching deadlines and shorting the turnaround time and
effectively maximizing the use of the budgets.
