Yes, I believe it was. It allowed me to cool down without taking too long of a break. How many minute intervals did you do, and why this number?. 6 times. I believe that this was a good challenge and balance for my workout. SESSION 2 – Circuit 4 How did your performance on the first 3 exercises in the circuit compare with when you did circuit 1? I found that I have improved my push-up posture, and the knee exercise was a bit easier. I also found that I was more flexible. I improved my form on my wobbly frog, and did a lot more leg lifts than before. I also improved on the hand touches. How easy or difficult were the reverse lunges/reverse lunge jumps for you? How did you find keeping your toes pointing back and your ankle extended? The reverse lunge jumps were a bit harder. It was tough to keep my toes pointed back and my ankle extended. I feel that I still need to improve my form on that exercise. Are you happy or sad that there is no Circuit 5 on the syllabus? Explain. I feel that it is good that there is no circuit 5, as it allows us to do other types of exercises. SESSION 3 – 30 Minutes “mindful” Enter whatever you think is meaningful.
