This chapter has the overall organization structures and its relationships. The vision, mission statement, core values of the organization, and layout of the organization in all the departments are also included in this chapter. 1.1 Company Background Eagleton International (PVT) LTD trading as Pump and Steel Supplies was incorporated in March 1999. It is wholly owned Zimbabwean company. It commenced business in October 2002. It is an integrated steel solutions company with factories in Bulawayo and Harare. It is a key supplier of steel and manufactures steel products. Procedure for reporting accidents/incidents and investigations Suggestion Scheme- BBS policy and practices. - Safety meetings and discussion FABRICATION DEPARTMENT The learner on completion of this stage of the programme should be able to: State the organogram of the department – know the work and job flow in the department - Know all types of metals used in fabrication- appreciate how drawing is done. – appreciate how tooling is done - do workshop practise and do productive work on Ocean clipper machine, Counter boring, Beam Drill Line, CNC LATHE, Plasma cutter, welding, grinding and painting.
