A Walk in the Woods
What was your experiences during your time in the Outdoor Classroom?

Tell it
Tell the story of your adventure in to the woodland ecosystem. Your story should include the details of
the plants and animals that you encountered, a description of the trails you walked as well as potentially
the weather and ….
Sing it
Portray the sounds of your woodland ecosystem trip. You may make the noises that you heard from the
wind singing through the trees to the sounds make by the bird and animals you encountered.
Draw it
Produce a picture of what you saw when you were out there in the Oklahoma deciduous hardwood
forest. It might include only a small portion of your experience (a bird in a tree, an insect crawling on a
rock…) or an overall view.
Act it
Act out your woodland adventure through pantomime or with word giving us the feel of how you
traveled through this ecosystem. You may describe your actions if you wish or deliver the portrayal in
pantomime.
