Dear Sir,
This is further to the online meeting held on 31 st August 2021 with DEWA Planning, Operation,
Projects and the Contractor in respect of the Surge Analysis to be carried out for Hassyan Pumping
Station Phase I Stream A&B.
It was understood that Master Plan considered during the design stage is to be updated as per the
requirement of 2021. Accordingly, DEWA agreed to provide the updated Master Plan to carry out the
detailed Surge Analysis.
As the contractor has already mobilised and the Material Purchase Orders are to be processed, it is vital
important to finalise Pumping Schemes and complete the Surge Analysis to avoid any delays.
Therefore, we shall be very thankful to receive the following details at the earliest.

Updated Master Plan for Stream A & B ofHassyan Pumping Scheme Phase I
Pipe Profile Drawings of the Streams A & B including pressure ratings of the pipes, location of
Air Valve Chambers and tapping off points
Distribution System Plan Drawings - soft copy files - EPA-Net and Bentley Hammer files or
other compatible versions
Data Sheets of Air Valves in the pipe line networks of these two Streams
