Write Your Own Contact - Instructions
In this assignment, you will write your own fictitious contract. You are 18 years old and
are entering into a sales contract with your partner. One partner will be the buyer, the
other partner will be the seller. Follow the outline provided and any other examples you
wish to create your own contract. However, these contracts must be in your own words.
I should not see verbatim lines in your contract from sources that you use. Provide a list
of sources that you used to help you.
Timeline for assignment:
Day 1: Complete Opening Paragraph, Explanation, and Provisions 1 & 2
