AMENITIES
In the cabinets located throughout this aircraft you will find a complimentary selection
of the finest refreshments and snacks for your enjoyment including:
FIJI WATER
As tropical rain falls on a pristine rain forest in Fiji, it filters through layers of volcanic rock,
slowly gathering the natural minerals and electrolytes that give FIJI Water its soft, smooth
taste. The water collects in a natural artesian aquifer deep below the Earth’s surface,
shielded from external elements. Natural pressure forces the water towards the surface,
where it’s bottled at the source, free from human contact until it touches your lips!
CAPTÛRE WINES
Captûre is a young artisan winery, with an estate sited 2,200 feet above the Alexander
Valley, and a portfolio created by Dennis Malbec, former cellar master at legendary
Chateau Latour, in Bordeaux. Captûre Wines represents the marriage of time-honored
Bordeaux winemaking with the intense fruit character of their organically farmed
mountain estate, Tin Cross Vineyards. The resulting wines are elegant expressions of
depth, nuance and longevity.
AVION TEQUILA
Avion Tequila is crafted using exceptional Avion Agave, which is grown at the highest
elevations in Jalisco, Mexico. The unique Avion flavor is achieved through using only
special cuts of the Avion Agave plant and then slow-roasting the agave at lower
temperatures to protect the natural flavors. The final step is the proprietary ultra-slow
filtration process, which creates a surprisingly smooth taste. Maybe that is why the
judges at the world’s most prestigious spirits competition voted Avion, in a blind taste
test, to be The World’s Best Tasting Tequila.

Cabin Environment System
WiFi
This aircraft is equipped with a cabin
environment management system to
control lighting, window shading, audio/
video, temperature and the display of flight
status information. The systems “personal
control panel” is located on the cabin side
ledge of each seat. The pilots will maintain
control of the lighting and temperature
and can adjust it for you, or you can ask
them to give you “cabin control” and
adjust these yourself through the system.
You can also view flight information
on the systems personal control panel
when it is in the sleep mode. If the screen
is black, press once on the back arrow
button (located next to the home icon
button) to wake it up and it will autoscroll through flight information.
Helpful Hint: There is also a more
in-depth guide to the management of
this system which can be found in the
seat-back pockets of this aircraft.
This plane is equipped with the latest
aircraft WiFi technology to enjoy on all
your WiFi ready devices. The WiFi system
will automatically activate when the
aircraft is above 10,000 feet. To access
the system on your device, go to its WiFi
settings and select “WheelsUpWIFI.”
No password is required.
Located in the rear of the cabin, there is a
fully enclosed lavatory which can be found
under the seat cushion. Lift up fully on the
cushion to lock it in the upright position.
To lower it, push the seat back toward the
cabin wall to disengage it from its resting
position. For privacy, close the pocket
doors by pushing in each side.
Next to the lavatory, there is a fully
mirrored vanity and sink found by opening
the cabinets. Press on the left icon in the
sink to turn the water on. To turn the water
off, press the right icon. Toilet paper is
located on the spindle in the top drawer
directly under the sink; it can be found by
pressing in on the cabinet door to open it.
The vanity also contains an assortment of
health and beauty aids including aspirins,
stain remover, hand sanitizers, tissues,
band-aids, mouthwash, lotions, etc.
Helpful Hint: The doors to the lavatory
need to be open during take-off, however,
to fully enjoy the quietness of the cabin,
we recommend that you close these doors
after take-off. Simply push each pocket
door in slightly to release them to close.
Seats
Window Shades
The eight seats on this King Air 350i can
fully articulate by pulling up your aisleside armrest and then pulling up on its
silver lever which enables you to swivel,
move forwards, backwards and side-toside. Additionally, the round silver button
found on the inside of the armrest will
allow your seat to recline.
Helpful Hint: After takeoff, we
recommend sliding your seat away from
the cabin wall for added comfort.
The windows on this aircraft are shaded
by the glass tinting electro-chromatically
darker or lighter as desired. This can be
done through the cabin management
personal control panel by scrolling to
“Window Shades” and adjusting the tint
from 0%-100% using the round control pad
found next to the screen. You can control
the pair of windows by your seat or all four
in your section or the entire plane if your
seat has cabin control.

time to destination and points of interest.
The monitor will automatically turn on and
default to the Airshow when it is deployed.

controlled through the personal control panel
from any seat with cabin control by selecting

Power Outlets
There are an array of outlets and ports
located on this aircraft to charge your
various devices. At each pair of seats,
there are standard 110-volt outlets
located on the lower wall by your feet
(under the silver flip covers). Additionally,
there are USB charging connections found
at each seat under the wood covers on
the cabin side ledge. An iPhone 4 and
5 charger/adapter is located on top of
the cabinets between the seats on the
captains’ side of the airplane.
Waste Disposal
There are garbage bags located in each
of the seat-back pockets. There are extra
bags located in the top drawer of the
cabinet located in front of the lavatory,
as well as the bottom drawer of the
vanity. These bags should be utilized for
waste disposal. You can leave any garbage
bags on the floor by the back of the plane
so they are out of your way.
Portable JBL Flip
Bluetooth Speaker
You can use this portable speaker to play
music in the cabin through your personal
Bluetooth music device (smartphone,
iPod, iPad, etc.). The speaker is located on
top of the cabinets between the seats on
the co-pilot’s side of the plane. The cup
holders located next to your seat offer a
perfect resting place for this cylindrical
device. To use the speaker, you must
pair it with your device. To do this, turn
the speaker on by pressing and holding
the large round button on the top of the
speaker until it turns red and blue, and
then search the Bluetooth menu on your
device for JBL Flip. If the speaker does not
turn on, it may need to be charged. You
can find the charging cord for this device
in the neoprene sleeve where you found
the device or ask the pilots where they
have stowed it.
DVD’s
The DVD player is located in the middle
cabinet behind the co-pilot. In this cabinet
you will also find a book of select DVDs to
enjoy during the flight. You can listen to the
audio for the DVDs through your personal
headphones by plugging them into the
headphone jack found on the faceplate of
the personal control panel on your cabin
side ledge. Once you put a DVD in the
player, scroll to “CABIN VIDEO>
MEDIA CENTER>DVD” to view it on the
entertainment screen. To scroll through the
