Individual Reflection Paper/Personal Plan
A. Bulan, Annjeline G.
Knowing this business is a benefit for my group mates because it helps us understand
establishing a business and doing our best to have a brighter future. It also provides good quality
and knowing how to develop our knowledge. Nurturing one another in the business world is
what keeps it alive and growing. The owner helps us to introduce the analysis of strengths, as
well as the possibility of discovering potential in the business. The entire goal of owning a
business is to work together and think critically as a team to have a healthy environment. As an
individual, it also inspired me in searching through the pool of interests that surrounds me, and
At the same time I enjoy working on our paper with my classmates. Through hard times we
manage to make it and hope to learn more at future experiences. I realized that no matter what
difficulties we encounter, taking a risk will lead us to success.

B. Enriquez, Samantha Marnell C.:
At the beginning of our project process, we identified which relative who has a business that we
can do an interview with. The time we took for the decision was quite quick for us to
immediately determine our plan for the rest of the paper. We divided the tasks equally to finish
the paper in a balanced way. We asked one another if we had any questions or problems in our
own parts. Each one of us participated in making the guide questions, so we fulfilled it fast and
easy. When we conducted the interview with the owner, she was very humble and nice while
answering our questions. I’m grateful for the time she gave to us. Despite the struggles of
working online with my groupmates, we collectively pushed ourselves to write and complete our
final requirement paper. It is a team experience I can remember and learn from since we
supported and encouraged each other until the end.
C. Pastidio, Stephanie Irish A.
In planning a project about a Leader who is running a business, it is important to assess the type
of business and the owner’s perspective and experiences in order to determine the entire goal of
the leader in running her business. Being part of this project was a big opportunity to be more
knowledgeable and also a huge experience to tackle more about the business industry. This
paper serves as a guide for me especially to those people who are planning to start a business.
The specific goal of this project is to share and educate people mainly about risk and possibilities
of running a business. As we know that many businesses were affected and unable to operate
when the pandemic started. This project will provide answers that would discuss the success of
our chosen leader despite the difficulties that her business is encountering. I realized that self
belief and hard work will always lead to success. And I admit that this activity helps me to know
more about the experiences and how our interviewee aims for success in handling her business. I
can confidently say that I have gained extensive knowledge and I enjoy our time making this
paper knowing that it’s our final requirement in this subject. I am happy to share my thoughts
and understanding in the making of this project. I hope this project will help me, my group
mates, and other students in the near future.
