Job Context
Job Location : Head Office - Tejgaon , Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities

Overall follow-up, i.e. product development to shipment

Always keeping up date all types of comments from the Buyer, Supplier, Factory and
all concern departments.

Make perfect costing, sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics to be in house before
bulk production starts as per T & A with full quantities of product with maintaining the
quality. Pricing, negotiation and order confirmation.

Follow-up Fabric, Washing, Printing, Embroidery, Sample & Garments construction to
ensure right Quality.

Schedule time to time visit to the production floor to ensure all the garments are
produces in RIGHT QUALITY as per buyer's requirements.

Coordinating and monitoring product development process with R & D, PD and Design
Department by own as well as through Junior.

To ensure & maintain proper filling system & record for bulk orders and samples.

Carry out any other jobs as assigned from management time to time.

Must be self-disciplined & organized. Prepares & works basis T&A's, Milestone Charts
& Critical Paths.

Review fit and pre-production & Production samples with the Garment technical
department, to ensure that all key comments are followed. Prepare purchase orders,
internal order & costing sheets

Maintain Daily progress reports, with up to date information on all orders &
outstanding issues. Need to proactively inform to management as per company SOP,
up to date on any exceptions.

Doing the consumption of fabrics, trims/accessories and prepare booking as per
company prescribed format.

Communicating with Buyer for technical clarification, when required and to transfer
concern department properly.

Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality and Commercial Department and
on time shipments.

Educational Requirements

Post Graduation / B.Sc in Textile / Apparel Engineering from reputed University.
Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years working experience in reputed Trouser & Suit manufacturing
Company. The candidates who have working experiences with H&M and Japanese
Customer will be preferred.

Pro-active, energetic, self motivated, independent and result oriented

Excellent communication both written & speaking in English

Long term planner

Well conversant in MS-Office

We are looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the

Job Responsibilities

Handling merchandising responsibility on product development & production follow-up
of fashion products with high knowledge of both knit & woven.

Ensure the timely and successful development of products align with the customers'
expectations.

Analyze tech pack, formulate plans & translate concept and design into a product.

Prepare a cost analysis & detailed cost breakdown for any new product

Ensure to proceed with every phase of any project to align with the customer's expected
schedule.

Coordinate with multiple departments of factories to ensure on-time product
development & shipment.

Keeping close tracking of the Critical Path and ensure all submissions & approvals are
obtained as per TNA.

Keeping close follow up with Factory regarding all kind of Development & Production
Sampling and ensure submission as per buyer's deadline

Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of garments.

Share the weekly progress with the manager with the exceptions & find on-time
solutions.
