(HORENSO) adalah sederet Tindakan “pelaporan (Hokoku)”, “komunikasi
(Renraku)” dan “konsultasi (Sodan)” yang sangat penting dalam bekerja.
<Pelaporan>
Bawahan harus melaporkan setiap progress atau hasil kerja kepada atasan
sesuai dengan yang diinstruksikan.
<Komunikasi>
Setiap informasi harus disampaikan kepada atasan dan bawahan. Informasi
yang disampaikan tidak boleh berdasarkan opini pribadi atau perkiraan
pribadi.
<Konsultasi>
Lakukan konsultasi dengan atasan, senior, dan rekan kerja untuk
mendapatkan saran atau referensi dalam mengambil keputusan.

Standard operaasi adalah dokumen yang menentukan “cycle time”,
“urutan kerja” dan “standard jumlah pekerjaan dalam suatu proses” yang
mengkombinasikan manusia, barang, dan peralatan untuk mendapatkan
hasil yang diinginkan.
Tiga elemen
1. Cycle time
Menentukan waktu (**m **s) untuk menghasilkan satu piece (lot) produk.
2. Urutan kerja
Urutan atau tahapan pekerjaan yang paling efisien.
3. Standard jumlah pekerjaan dalam suatu proses
Standard minimum jumlah pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan dalam satu
proses.
