DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT:
Assignment 1: Critical Review/Analysis (20%)
Student are required to review TWO (2) articles related to business records management.
The article must be from journals or conference proceedings range from year 2015-2020.
Student is encouraged to focus on research article.
Key elements that will be assessed are:
▪ Ability to summarise the article
▪ Ability to produce quality criticism
▪ Ability to provide useful suggestions
Article Review Structure:
▪ Cover page (name, student ID, group etc)
▪ Table of content
▪ Article citation (place before review statement)
▪ Review statement (review, criticism, suggestions)
▪ Conclusion
▪ References (APA or MLA)
▪ Attachment (journal article)

Assignment 2 (Final Project- E-Magazine) (50%)
Task:
▪ Four or five students in a group.
▪ Prepare E-Magazine related to the management of business records.
▪ The topics of the articles should cover chapters in the syllabus, or any topics related
to records management. Do not forget to cite your references.
Format of the assignment
▪ This assignment constitutes 50% of the course assessment.
▪ Your write up should be at least 25 pages (magazine), excluded references.
▪ Each of the members should contribute to one article and topic.
▪ Reference format (APA).
▪ Be sure to edit your magazine carefully and check for plagiarism. Your work will be
submitted to Turnitin software.
▪ Software: FlipHTML5, ZINIOpro, Mag+, Anyflip, Mag2Go, FlowPaper etc.
