UNIVERSITY PLACE MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Travelling West on University Avenue, turn RIGHT into Lot 30 at University Place (50 University Ave East) and wait for
further instruction from a move-in volunteer.
Once in an unloading spot, the student may exit the vehicle to collect their keys. They will need to bring their Onecard
or a piece of Government ID. One move-in helper (not the driver) may accompany the student while they collect their
keys. While the key pickup and unloading processes are taking place, the driver MUST remain in their vehicle.
After all belongings have been unloaded in Lot 30 please follow the blue lines to either make a left hand turn off
University Ave into Lot 48 at the rear of 35 University Ave E or follow the blue lines to park in Lot 2 at 202 Regina. If
Lot 2 is full, cars can park
Once parked, the driver can join the student in University Place to unpack.
