Primacy printer or/and Laminator or/and LCD bought separately and that needs to be connected
together may create some unstable communication issues between the units due to some
incompatible firmware versions.
If one of these versions present on the units to be connected together is lower than the ones
present here, the preventive action explained on section 2 must be done:

Caution : use the latest version of Evolis Premium Suite available on the web site.
In case of connecting together the Primacy printer or/and Laminator or/and LCD bought
separately, it’s requiring to respect this order and process (all the latest firmware version can be
found on the www.evolis.com)
1) Connect the Primacy printer to PC without the Laminator and upgrade the printer
firmware with the latest version.
2) Connect the laminator to the Primacy printer and upgrade the laminator firmware with
the latest version.
3) Upgrade the LCD firmware with the latest version.
4) Upgrade the LCD resources with the latest version.
