Social loafing
If there is a task requiring people to be cooperative, there may be less motivation of each group
members to contribute, because no one is in charge of finishing the task directly. As a result, they may
become lazier, contribute less, unless this task is for individual and their production is measured. This
reduction of personal attempt to contribute, specifically on a simple group task, is considered as social
loafing. Although this behavior is not conscious, it can cause the less effectiveness when working in
group than in individual.
The Establishing Shot
There are many different ways to use camera shots for specific aims. An image, which is illustrated a
little at the top of a scene and usually taken from far away is called establishing shot. One use of this
shot is to show context for the rest of the scene. Another purpose of establishing shot is that it help
people to communicate with back ground data, for example setting where and when the rest of the
scene will take place. The mood feeling is established as well. With this context, viewers can understand
better the characters and events which are displayed next.
Revealing Coloration
Using coloration is one way for many animals to protect themselves from predators. Thus, one defensive
tactic relating to color use is known as revealing coloration. There are some organs on these kind of
animal using this strategy which can bright in some areas, this bright color frequently help them to hide
from predator’s vision. As soon as a predator come closer, the animal certainly shows the area of bright
color, and this surprising display which frightens and disturb the enemy give the chance for the prey to
run away.
