Quality control.
• Quality control is the process of making sure the quality of your
product or service is maintained or improved.
• Quality control is set up to make sure the customer is always satisfied
with the final product. All enterprises operating in the UAE must
follow the Emirates Authority for Standardisation and Metrology
(ESMA)
Quality assurance
• When you commit to making sure that all your products keep their
quality through the production process, you are practicing quality
assurance.
• The goal is to stop any problems before they happen. You can follow
four things to ensure quality assurance for your customers:
1. Plan what you want to do
2. Do it
3. Evaluate to ensure it’s working well
4. Improve if it needs to be better
• Inspection and self-checking are important part of the quality
