a. Facility Management Branch
(1)
Determines requirements needed for the maintenance and demolition of
PAF facilities to accomplish the PAF objectives;
(2)
Develops a management control information system for reporting
engineering projects, on-going & completed projects, maintenance of
facilities, and inventory of facilities;
(3)
Establishes requirements in the most economical standards intended to
prevent deterioration of real properties beyond normal wear & tear and
maintenance of inactive facilities commensurate with reactivation
requirements.
(4)
Conducts facility inspection of PAF units for Facility Readiness (FR);
(5)
Assesses and evaluates FR reports of all PAF units for every quarter of
the year; and
(6)
Exercises technical supervision over engineering operations pertaining to:

Insect and rodent control and fumigation of buildings;

Operations of engineer maintenance facilities; and
-
Technical inspection of engineering equipment and supplies to include
organization maintenance.
