Students will include a thorough assessment of one’s traits, attributes and characteristics that
may impact their ability to lead in a cross-cultural context.
Action plan must discuss/apply the methodologies and leadership theories that enable
individuals to become effective leaders in today’s dynamic global business environments.
Action plan should also explore the traits and characteristics of effective leaders and how they
successfully motivate people, while fostering a positive work environment and collaborations in
a multinational context.
A final action plan will specify SMART goals for personal and professional development as well
as career focus and how you will achieve them by applying the course material discussed.
