These are assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. By studying critical thinking and logic, teens can learn to make sound and valid arguments that could convince others to accept their ideas by presenting solid reasons and evidence.. Even better, your teen will learn how to avoid alienating or intimidating others, and how to avoid being alienated or intimidated the problems i encounter in this module are how do you understand and comprehend the lessons and problems questions and i overcome all of this by studying all and by understanding and persevering in learning. this is all I can say in the process of This study is unique because it measures whether I have learned something and understood something. The 5 most important lesson i learned from this learning process are, First, Critical Thinking is the ability to analyze the way you think and present evidence for your ideas, rather than simply accepting your personal reasoning as sufficient proof. ... Critical Thinking is, in short, self-directed, self-disciplined, selfmonitored, and self-corrective thinking. Second, Nursing Process In addition, it promotes critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, and decision making skills in clinical practice. Providing care via the use of nursing process increases the quality of care and in turn, increases the level of satisfaction in individuals who receive care. Third, Assesment Phase of Nursing Process is the first and the most critical phase of nursing process. Assesing is the systhematic and continuese collection , organization, validation, and documentation of (information). Fourth, Diagnosis is the second phase of nursing process. In this phase, nurse use critical thinking skills to interpret assessment data and identify client strengths and problems. Fifth, Planning is deliberate, systematic phase of nursing process that involves decision making and problem solving.
