ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
(S.Y. 2017 -2018)
A. Utilization of ICT laboratory and Equipment
 The ICT laboratory received additional 49 units of desktop computer with complete peripherals
(keyboard, mouse, and headset); 2 laptops and 2 projectors.
 The computer room has 91 units of desktop computer with complete peripherals (keyboard,
mouse, and headset); 4 laptops, 4 projectors and 2 printers.
 One teacher is assigned as ICT In-charge to overlook the computer laboratory.
 Two classes, Gr. 11 - Rose and Gr. 11 – Daisy, were scheduled to use the computer room for
hands-on exercises for the entire week every afternoon.
 Grade 12 students can use the computer room freely for encoding their research papers and
other school projects.
 Printing services is open to students.
 Teachers can borrow and use the projectors anytime.
 The computer room is open for Junior high school students to use every Friday as it is the only
day that the ICT in-charge is available.
 Teachers were allowed to use the computer room for their classes however nobody ask for a
schedule to use the computer room.
B. Issues and Concerns Related to ICT Equipment
 The computer room’s space is not enough for 42 units of desktop computers.
 There was no Wi-Fi or internet connection which makes it difficult to handle lessons that
require/involves online activities. This leads to students going to internet cafes.
 Few system units would occasionally crash and disrupts hands-on exercises.
C. Interventions
 One set of desktop computer (1 system unit as host PC and 7 monitors) was placed in the
adjacent room which can be easily accessed by grade 12 students.
 Four electric fans were installed in the computer room for ventilation.
 The students will be grouped by the ICT teacher for lessons/performance tasks that require
online access to lessen the burden of spending too much for online tasks.
 When computer units’ crashes, the students were given extended time to finish their work.

(wireless mouse and headset); 1 laptop and 2 charging storage.
 The computer room has 91 units of desktop computer with complete peripherals (keyboard,
mouse, and headset); 4 laptops, 4 projectors and 2 printers.
 One teacher is assigned as ICT In-charge to overlook the computer laboratory.
 Two classes, Gr. 12 - Gumamela and Gr. 12 – Santan, were scheduled to use the computer
