It can be executed at NodeB level or RNC with the following commands:

Card Reset
It can be executed only at NodeB level. You can reset the different cards of a NodeB: WBBP, WMPT and RRU. The closest to resetting a sector
would be to reset the RRU of said sector. For example, assuming that you wish to reset sector 1, you must reset the RRU that would be located in
the cabinet:0, Subrack:80, Slot:0. To know this information previously you must have executed the command DSP BRD:; on the NodeB.
Command: RST BRD:CN=0,SRN=80,SN=0;
