JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Senior Management Consultant at TheMathCompany owns and drives engagement success. This
would present a good mix of technical and strategic exposure. In addition to this primary responsibility,
there would be wide range of opportunities to learn and grow in your career. This includes participating
in Leadership forums , owning critical organization initiatives, driving adoption of new technologies &
process improvements, leading thought leadership initiatives, Co-authoring / development of ideas with
customers etc.

Leading conversations with clients/stakeholders to design roadmaps, solutions
Provide thought leadership on critical business outcomes
Define and own execution plan to ensure meeting of Engagement goals.
Drive creativity and innovation to provide great client experiences
Lead a team of Analysts/Associates to enable consumption of analytical solution
Participate in Leadership, Client Forums to design, own organization initiatives
Own P&L and strategic outcomes to build leadership credentials
