Genetic Disease Report
Unfortunately, genetic diseases affect Americans all too often. It is often caused
by some mutation in the DNA on a gene. The location of that mutation on the
chromosome often depends on the severity of the genetic disease. Below is a list of
several different types of genetic diseases. It is your job to create a power point on your
specific disease. The following things need to be included into your report:

 What chromosome has the genetic mutation for your disease? (1 sentence no more
than 10 words.)
 What age group is affected by your disease? (1 sentence no more than 10 words.)

 What are the symptoms of your disease? (symptoms = coughing, watery eyes,
head ache, etc.) (1 sentence no more than 10 words.)
 What are the treatments for your disease? (1 sentences no more than 10 words
each.)
