Statistics on Learners enrolled on “Award Programmes” (Permanent Site) Item Description Course Title Level (e.g Below SC, SC, HSC or Above HSC) Age Group Number of Male Learners Information that should be filled in Enter the course title as accredited by the MQA (Please note that the course title need to appear only once even though different batches have followed the same course during the year) Learners enrolled in a particular course needs to be categorised by their level of education. Enter the corresponding number of male and female learners and their achievement status sorted by appropriate age groups. The field correspond to qualifications held by the learner at time of enrolment (not the entry requirement of the programme) Enter the corresponding number of male and female learners and their achievement status corresponding to appropriate age groups. If two male learners belong to the same age group but have different levels of education (e.g. one SC and one HSC), then the respective lines corresponding to SC and HSC needs to be filled in. Enter the total number of male learners enrolled in the corresponding programme for the year 2020. This figure should include learners that have enrolled prior to Jan 2020 but have not completed their study or have not got their results as at 31 December 2020. Number of Female Learners Enter the total number of female learners enrolled in the corresponding programme for the year 2020. This figure should include learners that have enrolled prior to Jan 2020 but have not completed their study or have not got their results as at 31 December 2020. Total Number of learners Enrolled Enter the total number of learners enrolled in the corresponding programme for the year 2020 (this figure should be the sum of male and female learners of the previous two columns) Enter the number of learners that have quit the corresponding programme in the year 2020 before taking exams. Please note that if a student has enrolled in the year 2020 or before but has quit in the year 2020, he should be counted as one drop out. Enter the number of learners that have failed their exams in the year 2020 for the corresponding programme regardless if they have enrolled in the year 2020 or before. Enter the number of learners that have passed their exams in the year 2020 for the corresponding programme regardless if they have enrolled in the year 2020 or before. Valid selections are Below SC, SC, HSC, Diploma, Degree, Masters, PhD Choose the number of years of teaching experience that the trainer possess from the drop down menu by clicking on the triangle on the right of the cell. Valid selections are 5, 6-10, 11-15, >16 years Choose the employment mode of the trainer from the drop down menu by clicking on the triangle on the right of the cell. Valid selections are P/T or F/T Choose the employment status of the trainer from the drop down menu by clicking on the triangle on the right of the cell. Valid selections are Permanent or Contractual Choose the field in which the trainer is providing training from the drop down menu by clicking on the triangle on the right of the cell. Valid selections are at Annex A below. If you are unsure about which field of training to use, then consult the page after Annex A, you will find subfields associated with each valid field (highlighted in green).
